There are two places you can submit an incident on TSR Website, first is in the event page of the Series/Events

So once you have go into the event from this page

Scroll down and you will see, Overview, Entry List tabs depending on the SIM these tabs change, but you will also see Incidents 

on that tab page you will then see the incident form,

You will need to be logged in to submit an incident so we know who raised it, the login on the TSR Website is done via steam, this way you do not need to register on the TSR Webiste,

1. From the list Select the event, if it hasn't defaulted to the required event,
2. Then wether this was Race or Qualifying
3. Then the lap it happened on, followed by the corner, you will see the corners will populate per track for you,
4. You can then select up to three drivers, if there we more please name this in the description, 
5. Then enter the description of the incident from your point of view,
6. Finanlly the video URL, this should show the incident from multiple views with the HUD displayed.

then click Submit Incident, you will then get a message with the Incident ref,

But you can see your Submitted Incidents later from My Incidents page,

The other way is from then Main Menu and Incidents and then Submit An Incident

The page here looks very similar to the page in the event details, just with the added option of first choosing the Series,  then the rest is the same as above, only the active Series are displayed here.

This page which is available form Main Menu then My Incidents

You will then see any incidents you have submitted, and you can filter by Complete or To be Reviewed,

Clicking on the Incident Ref in the first column, will open up the detail of that incident,
