Christian Rivi spins at Arnarge, While recovering pulls into on coming traffic
20s Penalty for unsafe Rejoin
The stewards reviewed the footage and checked the replay data and agreed that Christian should and could have waited for a bigger gap,
Please be more careful in future, use tool like track map, spotter, radar and most importantly check the time distance in the hud for on coming cars, this is a good indication of available space

Eduardo Daroca was spun at Turn 15 and subsequently rolled back into oncoming traffic.
10 second penalty for failing to hold the brakes.
The stewards reviewed the video footage and replay. Whilst it was acknowledged that Eduardo had limited time to react, the stewards determined that once the car had stopped sliding, he could have held the brakes to prevent rolling back into the path of oncoming traffic. This may have avoided the subsequent contact with Atakan.

Race
Simon made contact with Asim, initially from behind and then again while alongside during an overtaking attempt.
10 second penalty issued to Simon Steele for avoidable contact.
The stewards reviewed the video evidence and concluded that Simon was too forceful in his overtaking attempt, making contact with Asim on two occasions. While there was a gap and the move was legitimate to attempt, greater caution and patience were required, particularly on lap one. Although the contact was relatively minor, it had the potential to cause a more significant incident.

Race
Emanuele Mastro Battista made contact with Enes Emirhan Yldz at Copse, causing Enes to spin.
20 second penalty issued to Emanuele Mastro Battista for avoidable contact with a slower class car.
The stewards reviewed the replay footage and determined that Emanuele Mastro Battista arrived at Copse with a significantly higher closing speed, as expected from the faster class. The GT3 car of Enes Emirhan Yldz remained on a consistent line, despite possibly missing the apex slightly. This was considered acceptable, as slower-class cars are expected to maintain a predictable line. The LMP2 car should have better judged the speed differential and waited for a safer overtaking opportunity on corner exit. As the contact resulted in a spin, and given that in multi-class racing the onus is on the faster car to complete the pass safely, a 20-second penalty has been applied.

Race
Simon aggressively defended after a poor corner exit, pushing Asim to the track limits.
5 second penalty for Simon for unsporting driving.
The stewards reviewed the incident and concluded that, while it was hard racing and close to the limit, Simon’s driving was slightly beyond what is considered acceptable within a respectful racing environment. Although robust racing is encouraged, this defence was deemed overly aggressive and somewhat reckless. In Simon’s defence, it was a single move, it was not made under braking, and Asim was not yet alongside at the time. The requirement to leave one car’s width was therefore not considered applicable, as the move was completed before Asim had established overlap.

Race
Simon made a late move into the braking zone at Village corner.
No Further Action.
The stewards reviewed the replays and agreed that the move was slightly late, as evidenced by Simon running off track at Village corner. However, there appeared to be little fundamentally wrong with the manoeuvre. It may have caught the GT3 driver in the middle by surprise, which contributed to the slight movement back towards Asim.
No further action was deemed necessary in this incident. However, all LMP2 drivers are reminded to exercise a little more patience in future races, particularly in tricky conditions.

Race
BF Nigdem made contact with Eduardo Daroca at Club Corner.
30 s penalty issued to BF Nigdem for avoidable contact on Lap 1.
The Stewards reviewed the replay and agreed that BF Nigdem carried significantly more speed into the corner, having approached from several car lengths behind. BF Nigdem had sufficient time to adjust to the Porsche’s slower corner speed, particularly given the cold tyres on Lap 1. As the following driver, it is the responsibility of BF Nigdem to maintain control and avoid contact. As this was a Lap 1 incident which resulted in multiple cars being involved, the Stewards agreed that a 30-second penalty was appropriate. While this type of incident would normally carry a 15–20 second penalty under the guidelines, Lap 1 incidents involving multiple cars may warrant a higher penalty.
Drivers are reminded that some cars will bring tyres up to temperature more effectively than others,
