TRANSATLANTIC SIM RACING - GT3 WINTER SERIES

Get ready for the ultimate challenge as TSR (Transatlantic Sim Racing) launches its electrifying TSR Winter Series! This event is designed to test both Pro and Amateur drivers across five exhilarating races that showcase the intensity of GT3 racing on the cutting-edge Assetto Corsa Competizione platform. Taking place on Monday evenings, the TSR Winter Series blends the thrill of high-speed racing with the challenge of unpredictable winter weather to create an unforgettable motorsport experience.

Series Overview

The TSR Winter Series isn’t just another sim racing championship—it’s a journey through five iconic tracks, each race presenting its own unique set of challenges. With a mix of race lengths from 30, 60 and 90 minutes, drivers will face a series of endurance sprints that demand skill, strategy, and perseverance. And with dynamic weather conditions in play, drivers will need to adapt to everything from damp tracks to outright wet weather as they push their GT3 machines to the limit.

GT3 Racing in Winter Conditions

This season’s lineup brings together GT3-class cars that capture the essence of top-tier sports car racing. Each driver must master their chosen machine, from high-speed straights to technical corners, all while battling the shifting grip levels that come with TSR’s winter theme. With rain rolling in during certain races, handling these GT3 beasts will require finesse and focus as visibility, tire grip, and brake temperatures become critical factors.

Driver Classes

To ensure competitive racing for all, the TSR Winter Series is divided into Pro (Gold), Pro-Am (Silver) & Amateur (Bronze) classes. Pros will face off against top-tier talent from across the sim racing world, while Amateurs will have the chance to showcase their skills and rise to new levels of racing excellence. Whether you're battling at the front or fighting for your spot in the pack, this series promises intense wheel-to-wheel action and dramatic finishes in each divisions.

There may be a case of swapping drivers after round one if we feel there is a driver in the wrong class, but generally you should know where you belong, to help with this we have this guide with times from Spa which most people should know their average times,

If you are sub 2:18 then you should be in Gold, above 2:18 will be Silver, if you are around the cusp of these times choose the class you feel more comfortable in,
